Hey there, I'm Tristan

If your goal is to get stronger, feel more athletic and tone, I'm here to help.

I have a keen eye for detail and a detailed understanding of human movement patterns. I use this understanding to help people move stronger, faster and more fluently. This means living pain free and feeling strong.

While undergoing a BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning at Hartpury University, I am currently a Sports Science intern at Cardiff City FC. I have been around sports my whole life. My parents were both athletes and so encouraged me to try everything. I can't name a sport I haven't tried and this has given me a great understanding of what it takes to be dedicated to becoming stronger, leaner and pain free.

I coach the best sprinters in Bristol and this has taught me to understand how to train to prevent injuries before they occur, move well with the correct techniques, become stronger for your sport and look lean and toned while doing it. Believe it or not, the power behind most sports specific movements come from the glutes. Squating, Deadlifting, Olympic lifting, sprinting, jumping, changing direction quickly - they all stem from strong glutes. So in my 10 years of coaching I have built a great understanding of how to develop strong and well rounded glutes.
